Qualifications and responsibilities

• Lead all phases of audits, review engagements, or assurance projects
• Maintain client relationships and understand their business thoroughly
• Plan, schedule, and oversee staff engagements following firm policies
• Review engagement letters, budgets, and internal controls
• Supervise and train staff, evaluate performance
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Manage client invoicing and collections
• Assist directors and partners on consulting projects
