Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. The LMHC role is contract-based (1099) with no minimum caseload and complete schedule autonomy, telehealth accepted.

You will focus on delivering care while Rula handles insurance, billing, claims, EHR, and support. Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed payment every two weeks and no-shows protections.

Qualifications

We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
