Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. This role offers flexible scheduling as a 1099 contractor with full autonomy over client availability. Providers will deliver behavioral health services via telehealth, supported by Rula’s billing, claims and EHR infrastructure.

In-person sessions eligible with a $20 increase per session in appropriate cases. You must be licensed in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) with a valid NPI and be able to provide telehealth.

About Rula Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best; helping clients get better. We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
