Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington to deliver high-quality behavioral health care. Providers join as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, focusing on telehealth sessions with full scheduling freedom.

This LMHC role offers $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), biweekly direct deposit, and protections for no-shows and denied claims. Remote work is allowed, with credentialing support and optional in-person adjustments when applicable.

We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
