Hollywood Bowl Group is offering an 18-month AI & Digital Marketing Apprenticeship based at our Hemel Support Office. You will be immersed in a fast-moving marketing team, doing real work that drives revenue while studying for a Level 4 qualification.

The role requires independence, commercial thinking, and ownership of tasks, with a pathway from Level 3 qualifications or equivalent into digital marketing expertise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Website and merchandising: building and publishing landing pages, owning local listings across sites
• Customer experience and optimisation: map the end-to-end journey, understand dropouts and run tests
• AI: identify opportunities to apply AI to ecommerce tasks
• Reporting and analysis: weekly/monthly reports turned into actionable insights
• Campaigns: develop campaigns in the national calendar end-to-end
• SEO: on-page optimisation and content improvements
• Collaborate with teams to handle internal requests
