Job Requirements

• Pay: $26.30–$33.57/hour
• $5,000 Retention bonus for pre‑certified drivers
• Candidate must possess a current CDL with both the P and the S endorsements
• Candidate must have valid school bus certificate, CPR certificate, and possession of their T01 training documents
• 90 days- will be paid $2,500. The next payment of $2,500 will occur after 180 days of employment.
• Guaranteed Hours: 4 hours/day 20 hours per week
• Location: Valverde School District

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus on assigned local routes

• Follow all federal, state, local, and company safety rules

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a CDL A or B.
• Must have held a driver’s license for at least 3 years and have the STAR on your license.
• Minimum age: 21 (25 in Tennessee). If you’ve held a DOT‑regulated driving role in the past 3 years, we must be able to verify that employment per DOT guidelines.
• Pass DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Compliance with DOT regulations (marijuana prohibited, even for medical use).
• Reliable attendance & safety‑first attitude.
