GEORGIA CLEANING PROS LLC is hiring a full-time Safety Coordinator for an active data center construction project in Colorado City, TX. The role focuses on implementing safety programs, training staff, and ensuring OSHA compliance on site.

The ideal candidate will have construction safety experience, OSHA 30-Hour, and current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; bilingual skills are a plus and experience with data centers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Construction site safety experience required, data center experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required.
• OSHA 510 certification desired.
• Current First Aid, CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of fall protection, PPE, hazard communication and lockout/tagout.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and identify safety hazards on the data center project.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee training.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and project safety requirements.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports and incident documentation.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and contractors to promote safe work practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and identify and address safety hazards.


• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee training.


• Monitor compliance with OSHA standards and project safety requirements.


• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.


• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.


• Coordinate with supervisors and contractors to promote safe work practices.

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Previous construction site safety experience; data center experience required.


• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required.


• OSHA 510

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.


• Ability to work outdoors and navigate an active construction site.
