Compensation: $28–$30 per hour
Schedule: Four days per week, Mostly daytime hours, usually around 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. A later shift (for example, 3:00–11:00 p.m.) comes up about once or twice a month, with occasional weekends.
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week

Overview:
A warm, busy family in Columbia, SC is looking for a flexible, experienced full-time nanny to care for their newborn daughter (3 weeks old) and their toddler son. The toddler goes to school Monday through Friday, so most of the nanny's day will be spent caring for the infant. Mornings include getting the toddler up, dressed, fed, and ready for school, and some afternoons may include his after-school activities. The parents' work schedules vary, so the nanny's schedule will be shared four months in advance.
