JOB SUMMARY:

The HRIS Manager position is accountable for the maintenance, enhancement, integration, and support of our Oracle Fusion HCM cloud application. This includes Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Benefits, Time & Labor, Attendance, Learning, Goals Management, Talent Review, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Reporting. This position requires a tactical, hands‑on, subject matter expert who is both detail‑oriented and highly organized.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Manages and supports day‑to‑day activities of HR systems
• Answers questions from users about system functionality and procedures
• Ensures data quality through training, auditing, and data governance
• Works with stakeholders to develop and maintain business process maps, data dictionaries, end user documentation, test scripts, work structures, and key lists of values
• Works with business process owners, IT, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes and configure the system appropriately
• Coordinates system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and deployment />
• Conducts mass updates to the application on behalf of business process owners
• Responsible for running, scheduling, and monitoring key system processes such as interfaces, maintenance programs, and scheduled reports
• Develops strategy and standards for reporting and dashboards as well as building and sharing key reports to share across the organization
• Fulfills ad hoc reporting requests and provides data analysis
• Assists with training users on system functionality and helps maintain end‑user documentation
• Ensures systems processes follow all policies and procedures and are compliant with all relevant laws

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years’ experience in HRIS
• Detail oriented
• High level proficiency with Excel is required
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands
• Experience supporting packaged software solutions. Oracle Fusion HCM a plus.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
