This position offers a minimum of 50% commission on grooming services plus discounts on all store products and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform full grooming services, including baths, nail trims, and breed specific cuts
• Provide baths for dogs of all sizes
• Build strong relationships with clients and clearly explain grooming options
• Manage grooming schedule and communicate updates to staff and clients
• Maintain a clean, organized grooming area and ensure tools are properly cared for
• Track inventory and update client profiles
