Position Overview:

We're looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Nevada team and make a positive impact on patients' lives. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing individuals' independence and overall well-being in their homes.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized care to clients according to their care plans.
2. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
3. Support mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
4. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, respecting dietary restrictions and preferences.
5. Document care activities and report changes to the supervisor.
6. Collaborate with the care team for holistic patient care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CNA License
• CPR Certification
• Compassionate, patient, with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, responsible
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Physical ability to assist with lifting and personal care
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if transportation is required)
