Job Title: Full-Time Armed Security Officer – ACT 235 Certified

Location: Carlisle, PA

Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM

Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Job Overview: KRE Security is seeking a reliable and professional Armed Security Officer to join our team in the Carlisle, PA area. The ideal candidate will hold a valid ACT 235 certification and have experience in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and properties during overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules

Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations effectively

Enforce property policies and procedures

Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity

Prepare incident reports and communicate with law enforcement as needed

Conduct security checks and verify the identity of individuals accessing the premises

Requirements:

Valid ACT 235 Certification (Required)

Prior armed security experience preferred

Strong observational and communication skills

Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)

High school diploma or GED

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
