Job summary

LVT in Utah is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer II to design, build and ship features across our TypeScript stack, from responsive UI components to scalable API endpoints.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to deliver robust software that bridges the physical and digital worlds, contribute to React/Next.js front ends and Node.js back ends, write tests, and participate in CI/CD and observability tooling.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience, shipping production-grade code in a modern software team.
• Strong TypeScript fundamentals for full-stack development.
• Frontend experience with React and Next.js.
• Backend/API experience with Node.js, REST, or GraphQL.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and ORMs/Knex.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Git and modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Feature Delivery: Write clean, tested TypeScript code across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/GraphQL).
• API Development & Integration: Build and maintain REST and GraphQL endpoints for UI-backend communication.
• Bug Resolution & Debugging: Identify and fix defects across the stack for stability.
• Testing & QA: Write and run unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Performance Monitoring: Use observability tools to monitor health and performance.
