Alan is hiring software engineers to join a team building a unified experience for prevention, insurance, and care. You’ll work on mission-critical systems that power HR, payroll, and billing processes for thousands of companies globally.

You’ll ship scalable backend and full-stack solutions using Python/Flask, React, and PostgreSQL, collaborating closely with product, design, and operations teams. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Backend and full-stack experience across products.
• Experience with scalable systems in a B2B context is a plus.
• Fluent English; French is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engineer our employee affiliation engine: process lifecycle events daily.
• Simplify payroll and billing: build tools for HR teams.
• Build seamless integrations with Payfit and Workday.
• Automate workflows at scale across countries.
• Make billing delightful: accurate invoices and easy management.
• Collaborate across product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience.
