Job summary

Yoodli is seeking a frontend-focused full-stack engineer to join the Platform team in Seattle. You will build dashboards and data experiences that turn coaching signals into actionable insights, owning features end-to-end from UI to APIs.

You will work with TypeScript, React, and backend systems, collaborating across product and engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality data tools. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional development shipping production code.
• Strong full-stack capabilities with a frontend lean and backend data design.
• Proficiency in API design, system architecture, and maintainable code.
• Proficiency with modern technologies (TypeScript, React) and debugging distributed systems.
• Clear communicator across engineering and product, linking work to business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Ability to be onsite 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu) at Seattle HQ.

About the team:

You'll join the Platform team, focused on Analytics and building the dashboards and data experiences that turn Yoodli's coaching signal into insight our customers can act on. Admins and learners rely on us to answer the questions that matter - who's improving, which skills are moving, where a team needs help - and to make those answers clear, fast, and trustworthy. It's work that spans the full stack: crafting polished, responsive dashboard UIs on the frontend, and the aggregation, metrics, and query systems that power them on the backend.

Craft and quality: You hold yourself to a high bar for code quality and API design, and you make the engineers around you better

This role is hybrid with an expectation of 3 days a week in the office - you'll need to be based in the Greater Seattle Area.

About You:

• 4+ years of professional development experience, shipping production code
• Strong full-stack capabilities with a frontend lean - you've owned features end-to-end and have a track record of delivering in fast-moving environments
• Solid experience with API design, system architecture, and writing code you are proud to maintain
• Proficiency in modern technologies (TypeScript, React, backend frameworks) with the ability to debug complex distributed systems
• Clear communicator who works well across engineering and product, and who gives and receives feedback well
• You understand how your work connects to business outcomes and user impact
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Ability to be onsite 3 days a week(M, T, and Th) at our Seattle, WA HQ

Extra credit experience:

• Experience with charting/visualization libraries (Recharts, D3, or similar) and building performant, interactive data UIs
• Data warehouse and analytics tooling (BigQuery, dbt, or similar)
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and AI-powered applications
• Material UI, Next.js, and NoSQL databases
