Qualifications

About Geviti

Geviti is a fast-growing health optimization platform reshaping preventative healthcare with personalized diagnostics, AI-driven insights, and always-on care. We're creating the future of proactive medicine, where wearables, bloodwork, and machine learning inform tailored plans to optimize health, performance, and longevity.

Our tech stack spans web, mobile, AI/ML integrations, and internal automation. We're looking for a product-minded engineer to help us scale our core platform, both customer-facing and internal systems, as we empower thousands to take control of their health.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications across our web and mobile platforms using Next.js, Node.js, Fastify, and Flutter

  • Architect and optimize internal tools to support health coaches, providers, and support staff

  • Integrate and maintain LLM-powered features (e.g. dynamic care plan generation, smart chat support, user-facing insights)

  • Build secure, scalable backend services with TypeScript, REST, and Drizzle ORM

  • Work on mobile-first user experiences that integrate data from labs, wearables, and care teams

  • Implement and maintain payment infrastructure (subscriptions, Stripe flows, secure billing)

  • Contribute to technical decisions on architecture, performance, security, and scalability

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver features fast and iteratively

You Might Be a Fit If You Have
  • 3+ years of full-stack experience building and shipping production apps

  • Fluency in TypeScript , Next.js , Node.js , Fastify , and modern API development

  • Solid Flutter experience building mobile apps

  • Experience building with or integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Drizzle ORM or similar database tools

  • Experience with payment processing , ideally Stripe (subscriptions, secure flows)

  • Comfort building internal dashboards or workflows for complex ops use cases

  • Passion for health tech, biohacking, or optimizing human performance (a plus)

Nice to Haves
  • Experience with healthcare products, data compliance, or HIPAA considerations

  • Understanding of functional medicine, diagnostics, or biometric tracking

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Familiarity with scheduling, telehealth tools, or multi-role user systems
