Job summary

Aimhire is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer for a fast-growing healthcare technology startup in New York. This role blends AI-native product development with hands-on software engineering across the stack, from data models to user-facing features.

You will work onsite at least 3 days per week in New York, with a hybrid setup, and contribute to revenue, payments, scheduling, and clinical documentation workflows. 4–10 years of experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of fullstack software engineering experience.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to build production-grade software.
• Experience with fintech, healthcare, insurance or other operational domains.
• End-to-end ownership and bias for action.
• Excitement about AI-native products and AI-assisted development.
