ManpowerGroup, the parent company of Experis, is seeking a Fullstack Java Developer with Devin AI for a banking client. Location is Irving, TX with hybrid work. The role focuses on Java 17+ Spring Boot microservices, RESTful APIs, and GenAI/LLM workflows, with collaboration across product, architecture, and risk teams.

You will contribute to secure, scalable solutions in a regulated mortgage environment, driving DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and RESTful service development.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI and LLM-driven workflows; Devin AI familiarity.
• Experience with microservices and integration patterns; Oracle JDBC (UCP).
• Ability to contribute to modern DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, code, test, debug, and document Java 17+ Spring Boot microservices using Clean Architecture and DDD.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs while adhering to SDLC, security, and data governance.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and risk partners to translate mortgage business requirements into secure, scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption of GenAI/LLM technologies, including prompt engineering and workflow orchestration.
• Act as escalation point and lead moderately complex initiatives and production support.
