ManpowerGroup’s Experis division seeks a skilled Fullstack Java Developer with Devin AI to join a banking client’s team. Hybrid work options across Irving, TX; Phoenix, AZ; and Charlotte, NC.

You’ll design and implement Java 17+ Spring Boot microservices, build RESTful APIs, and drive GenAI/LLM workflows in a regulated mortgage environment. The role requires 4+ years of software engineering, strong Java/Spring Boot, and experience with DevSecOps/CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• GenAI/LLM workflows and Devin AI familiarity.
• Microservices, integration patterns, Oracle JDBC (UCP), Gradle, Git, Agile.
• Contribute to DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and document Java 17+ Spring Boot microservices with Clean Architecture and DDD.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs while ensuring SDLC, security, and data governance.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and risk partners to translate mortgage requirements.
• Drive adoption of GenAI/LLM technologies, including prompt engineering and workflow orchestration.
• Serve as escalation point and guide for production systems, ensuring high availability.

Our banking client is seeking a Fullstack Java Developer with Devin AI to join their team. As a Fullstack Java Developer with Devin AI, you will be part of the Engineering organization supporting product and platform teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java microservices, hands‑on experience with React and TypeScript, and the ability to help drive Generative AI/LLM workflows—aligning successfully in a fast‑moving, delivery‑focused environment.

Pay Range:

70-75/hr w2

• Design, code, test, debug, and document Java 17+ Spring Boot microservices using Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs while ensuring compliance with enterprise SDLC, security, and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and risk partners to translate mortgage business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of GenAI/LLM technologies, including prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and tool-augmented agentic systems.
• Act as an escalation point and technical guide—leading moderately complex initiatives and supporting production systems for high availability and performance.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience (or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education).
• Hands‑on experience with Java (preferably Java 17+), Spring Boot, and RESTful service development.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-driven workflows, and prompt design and specifically using Devin AI
• Experience with microservices and integration patterns, including Oracle JDBC (UCP), plus proficiency with Gradle, Git, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to contribute to modern DevSecOps and CI/CD practices through code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
