Job summary

Snowflake is hiring a Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver features across the full stack for the Snowflake Marketplace. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build robust, high-performance systems using TypeScript, React, Go, Java, and Python.

You will contribute to engineering excellence, write clean and tested code, and help shape the technical direction of the area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience designing and building scalable web applications with a focus on great user experience.
• Strong full-stack foundation with frontend experience in TypeScript and React, and backend experience in Java, Go, or Python.
• Passion for building customer-facing products and solving real value for users.
• Strong CS fundamentals including security, performance, and scalability.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end features.

AS A SOFTWARE ENGINEER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

• Design, develop, and deliver features across our full stack that have a direct impact on our customers and partners.

OUR IDEAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER WILL HAVE:

• 4 + years of industry experience designing and building scalable web applications with a focus on great user experience.
• A strong foundation in full-stack development. You should have significant frontend experience with TypeScript and React, and experience with backend services in languages like Java, Go, or Python.
• A genuine passion for building customer-facing products and a drive to solve problems that create real value for users.
• A strong understanding of core computer science concepts and web application architecture, including security, performance, and scalability.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $230,000.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
