• Project: Building a new fintech and consumer app in the crypto space for our US-based client. This greenfield project involves agentic AI, crypto rails, and B2B2C SaaS. The stack is approximately 70% frontend and 30% backend, with a team of engineering managers, leads, and staff engineers.

• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

• Proficiency in Polish (B2 level or higher).

• Strong experience with .NET / Go programming languages and frameworks.

• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks.

• Familiarity with AWS / Terraform / Azure.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and tested code.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
