Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Program Coordinator to expand and manage our youth soccer enrichment program for children ages 2–8. The role involves coaching, program management, and community outreach, ideal for energetic individuals passionate about working with children and building community relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

1. Coach and promote engaging soccer sessions suitable for young children
2. Manage daily program operations, including scheduling and roster oversight
3. Conduct outreach to preschools, daycares, and community centers to build partnerships and enrollments
4. Communicate effectively with parents, coaches, and school staff
5. Participate in community events and marketing efforts to increase visibility
6. Support coaches with resources and scheduling

Qualifications

• Availability during weekdays between 9:00–11:30 AM and 2:30–4:30 PM
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Experience working with children aged 2–8 (teaching or childcare experience preferred)
• Sales or business development experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within NW suburbs
• Organized, goal-oriented, and energetic personality
