Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience with youth is preferred.
• Data collection and documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish community relationships to connect youth in crisis with information and referral services.
• Provide crisis intervention and case management as needed to youth and families.
• Identify emergency needs for youth and coordinate referrals and options for shelter or other services.
• Establish rapport with police, agencies, community leaders and businesses to educate and gain support for Runaway & Homeless Street Youth.
• Plan and coordinate activities and aftercare services including community referrals.
• Ensure documentation is concise and timely and meets all grant requirements.
