Korzen Health in Somerset, PA is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join an outpatient wound care program. You will focus on hands-on, procedure-based patient care with a stable schedule and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania NP license, board-certified or eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable performing office-based procedures.
• Wound care experience preferred but not required.
• Procedural experience with debridement, suturing, or I&D is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Full-Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner | Somerset, PA

We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join a growing outpatient wound care program in the Somerset, PA area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys hands-on, procedure-focused patient care and wants a predictable schedule with strong clinical support and specialized training.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time | 5 days per week
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
• Outpatient, hospital-based wound care setting
• Primarily focused on wound evaluation, treatment, and procedures
• Paid wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy training provided

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds
• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform procedures including sharp debridement, suturing, incision and drainage, and other wound-related procedures
• Manage wound-related conditions including pressure injuries, diabetic wounds, venous ulcers, arterial wounds, and complex non-healing wounds
• Coordinate care with other members of the patient's healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on wound prevention, treatment and long-term management
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
