Job summary

Las Vegas Rescue Mission is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Thrift Store team. The role involves assisting with daily operations of the thrift store, furniture warehouse, and sorting warehouse to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for customers, donors, volunteers, and clients.

You will help with receiving, organizing, stocking, and preparing donated merchandise, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and coordinating pickups as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or thrift store environments is preferred.
• Experience serving vulnerable populations is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service for shoppers, donors, volunteers, and clients.
• Support store operations and customer experience while helping achieve goals.
• Assist with merchandise displays, layout, and store presentation.
• Handle receiving, sorting, stocking, and organizing donated items.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries and assist with vehicle loading/unloading.
• Assist with furniture voucher scheduling and dispatch updates.
