Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Picking Clerk for its Millwood, WV facility. The role involves locating and picking merchandise, staging and packing, and supporting stockless transfers to maintain high fill accuracy.

You'll perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs, operate standard warehouse equipment safely, adhere to procedures, and participate in pre-employment screenings. Full-time, first shift with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick merchandise from picking documents and voice pick system.
• Stage, check, package, and consolidate merchandise in bulk and stockless departments.
• Assist in the stockless transfer process.
• Maintain knowledge of customer palletization and labeling requirements.
• Report inventory discrepancies and shortages to supervisor.
• Complete paperwork in an orderly fashion per established procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report mechanical issues.
