Variosystems LLC is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Operator in Southlake, TX to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. You will support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and cross‑functional coordination with production, logistics, and quality control.

Ideal candidates have basic computer and math skills, are detail‑oriented, able to stand long hours, and comfortable lifting 15 lbs daily.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and detail orientation required.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 15 lbs daily.
• English communication skills—written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming materials and products.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
