Job summary

Compass Group USA's Canteen division in Garner, NC is hiring immediately for a full-time warehouse/delivery role. You will operate a 26 ft box truck, receive and stage deliveries, and support daily route execution with safety in mind.

The ideal candidate has forklift and power jack experience, a valid driver's license, and is able to load and unload shipments. Training is available; schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift and power jacks.
• Valid driver's license required depending on vehicle used.

Responsibilities

• Withdraws merchandise and supplies from the warehouse.
• Verifies load against products ordered; prepares delivery tickets or shipping papers when applicable.
• Loads products onto vehicle; drives to designated locations; unloads truck and distributes items as instructed.
• Monitors inventory and secures cash and valuables during transit as needed.
• Performs daily vehicle checks and maintains truck log according to regulations.
