Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Wisconsin Metro Milwaukee, LLC is seeking a Warehouse team member to pick and load orders for next-day delivery, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will build orders, load trucks, and operate equipment per schematics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Demonstrate good communication, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and report deficiencies.
• Move product by safely operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber.
• Safely handle shipments and replenishment of product.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report unsafe conditions.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
