The Salvation Army Santa Rosa Store is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Back Room Processor. This full-time role supports production, with an immediate supervisor of the Store Manager. The position pays $18.21 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities include sorting merchandise, QA checks, proper routing to departments, lifting up to 75 lbs, and maintaining safety and confidentiality. Overtime requires supervisor approval.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Competency in skill area as indicated by verifiable training/experience.
• Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilités

• Sort product efficiently and properly according to TSA policy.
• Provide Quality Assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
• Identify product correctly and direct to proper department for processing.
• Collect merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials.
• Follow safety measures established and maintained by TSA policy and government regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality as needed and required for the operation of the total program.
• Overtime: Written approval of supervisor required for overtime.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager or designee.
