As a key team member, you will help uphold our commitment to quality and innovation.

Your Role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will work under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor to perform work on valves and related products, prepare orders for shipment, load and unload trucks using a forklift, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed by management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform minor work and cleanup on valves and related products
2. Operate forklift safely
3. Pull and prepare orders for shipment
4. Inspect shipments for conformance and customer specifications
5. Unload and load materials
6. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts
7. Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in reading and speaking English to communicate effectively and understand instructions
2. Ability to work well independently and with others
3. Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
4. Ability to operate powered industrial tools and forklifts safely
5. Willingness to learn and improve skills
6. Drive to work hard and support team members
7. Must pass background check and drug screening
