Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Covington, KY is seeking a Warehouse Training Supervisor to lead and develop the warehouse team. You will train staff on equipment and safety, oversee receiving, stocking, shipping and returns, and manage inventory to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will monitor performance, provide daily guidance, and enforce policy compliance while maintaining a safe working environment and handling overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in basic math and computer use; able to operate warehouse machinery.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused and able to work overtime as needed.
