About the Role
We're looking for board-certified Nurse Practitioners to help provide full-time comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic hormonal and metabolic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Complete training and adhere to company policies and best practices.
- Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide full-time patient care through consultations, including the prescription of medications when appropriate and the delivery of comprehensive medical guidance. Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Perimenopause / Menopause, Fertility, Obesity, and other hormonally related conditions.
- Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and compassion.
- Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.
- Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.
- High proficiency and efficiency with technology (such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail / Google Suite, Zoom, etc.)
- Experience in telemedicine is a plus!
- Must reside in the United States.
- Active state license in CA, TX, FL (autonomous preferred), or PA. We collect all active state licenses during the application process, and revisit opportunities if your experience aligns.
What Allara Offers
- Annual base salary range: $120,000 – $130,000, with potential to increase up to $172,500 - $182,500 through incentive programs. Salary is commensurate with experience.
