Location and Position Details

Bright Horizons at Chicos FAS Early Education Center is now hiring in Fort Myers, FL!

• Full-time positions available with:
• Pre-K from 9-6 PM (CDA & VPK credential required)
• Competitive pay ranging from $15.40 to $20.75 per hour, based on education and experience
• Preferred: DCF 45 hours/exams completed (contingent upon state residency or time in the field)
• Required: CDA, VPK credential
• Additional amenities: gym, daily exercise classes, food trucks several days a week, onsite cafe

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities tailored to children's needs and interests
• Maintain open communication with parents about their child's milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment following essential procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

Candidates must pass all required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
• CDA required
• VPK credential required
• Associate or bachelor's degree in early education or related field preferred
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required

Compensation and Benefits
