Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and per reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery driver credentials.
• Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions and communicate with site management.
