Job summary

Lewis Automotive Group in Springdale, AR, is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant/Porter to keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and ready for display. You will move, wash, detail, and fuel vehicles while supporting sales and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Previous dealership, automotive, detailing, or lot attendant experience is a plus, but not required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the dealership lot so vehicles are clean, displayed, and easy for customers to view.
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership as directed by management.
• Wash, clean, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles including windows, wheels, tires, and trunks.
• Fuel vehicles and ensure they are ready for demonstrations and delivery.
• Start and inspect vehicles daily, reporting maintenance issues.
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations or for customer pickup/drop-off.
• Retrieve parts and supplies from the Parts Department to support operations.
• Ensure pricing information, buyers' guides, stock numbers, and window stickers are displayed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance of the lot and inventory.
