Serra Automotive Group is seeking a Service Lot Attendant/Porter to help maintain a clean, organized service lot and deliver vehicles after service completion. You will move vehicles around the lot, assist customers, and support the service team with inventory tasks.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Weekend availability is a plus in a busy dealership environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible schedules and some weekends.
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality with eagerness to improve.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional attitude and ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and replenish fluids; replace batteries when needed.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags on vehicles.
• Keep lot neat and orderly; move cars as directed by the general manager.
• Drive vehicles to/from service lane, stalls, and parking lot.
• Create key tags and manage vehicle inventory.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
