Job summary

CHS Recruiting in Sparta, New Jersey, is seeking a Physician - Urologist for a full-time, 40-hour week, Monday–Friday with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Compensation includes a base salary of $375,000 to $625,000, productivity-based bonuses, malpractice tail insurance, comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, 36 days PTO, CME allowance, and a 401(k) with 4% match.

Requirements: New Jersey medical license, DEA, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The new urologist will work in a collaborative, dynamic environment with an integrated care team. Physicians are supported by fully-trained clinical assistants, including scribes and staff to perform administrative tasks, ensuring the primary focus is always on patient care.

General duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

• comprehensive clinic-based urology care
• diagnose and treat urology patients
• preventative healthcare
• healthcare maintenance
• work collaboratively with other providers in a multi-disciplinary team
• refer to other specialists as needed

Providers see a variable number of patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled. The organization has affiliations with several local hospitals, for work requiring hospital-level services.

The organization uses the AthenaHealth EHR.
