Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to perform regular unarmed patrols and monitor premises.
• Strong observation and reporting abilities for incidents and policy violations.
• Ability to complete accurate incident reports and logs.
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a security environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, building exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the residential location, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
