Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the residential area to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Complete accurate incident reports and logs per site procedures.
