Allied Universal in Westlake, TX is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed) CPR Support. You will monitor and safeguard clients at a financial institution, maintain a visible presence, assist with access control, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This role requires at least 6 months of security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and according to procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor entry.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and report concerns to leadership.
