Job summary

Dinasty Security Inc. in Vernon, CA is hiring an unarmed security guard. Entry-level welcome; training provided. Full-Time with morning, swing, and graveyard shifts. Biweekly pay; benefits include medical, 401(k), and paid time off.

You will perform access control, patrols, incident reporting, and ensure safety. Must have California Guard Card, be 18+, pass a background check, and be reliable. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• California Guard Card required.
• 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Punctual, professional, presentable.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift 15–20 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and situational awareness.
• Computer literate with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, photo uploads, and basic troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement desirable.

Responsibilities

• Access Control: screen and register all incoming visitors.
• Perform hourly patrols on foot or by golf cart (Detex checkpoints).
• Secure and guard the facility and all designated areas.
• Remain alert and observe for any suspicious activity.
• Report: create incident reports and notify management of incidents.
• Log trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures in/out.
• Check seal numbers on trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Customer service: provide manners and respect at all times.
• Communicate with the client regarding daily activity and serious incident logs.
• Protect the property and provide safety to personnel and assets.
