Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, vendors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and document activities per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and maintain an orderly environment for healthcare operations.
• Complete accurate reports and logs, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
