Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per site policies.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols in healthcare facilities, parking areas and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents and requests for assistance calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions to leadership or responders.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate findings.
