Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required in the job state.
• TWIC credential required by TSA.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following site security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor for hazards and report observations promptly to site personnel.
• Complete logs and incident reports per Allied Universal procedures.
