Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring a travel CNA to provide one-on-one care in client homes across the territory. The role offers 40 hours weekly paid, with schedules Monday through Friday during day hours (8am–6pm or 9am–7pm) and every other weekend. Travel north of St.

Cloud is supported by a company car. You will fill daily call-offs and be paid for 40 hours regardless of actual hours worked. The position requires MN CNA certification, high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and customer

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs and mealtime support.
• Provide ADLs and light housekeeping in client homes.
• Complete required documentation in a compliant manner.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Travel between offices and client homes; report to on-call scheduler.

Job description

Comfort Keepers is now hiring a travel CNA. This is a new position. The position is paid for 40 hours work Monday - Friday Days, either 8am to 6pm or 9am to 7pm availability. We have offices in Baxter, St. Cloud, Litchfield, and Buffalo. Use of company car when traveling north of St. Cloud. This position will fill daily call offs throughout the territory. The on-call scheduler will contact you in the morning and let you know where to report. Schedule will vary slightly but be between the hours of8am to 6pm or 9am to 7pm M-F, as well as every other weekend. Usually you will work 20 - 40 hours, but always paid for 40. Some days will start later and/or end earlier. Sometimes we may not have a call off but you will still be paid.

We are a senior home care company. You will travel to client homes to provided one on one care with ADLs and light housekeeping. You will be paid the full 40 hours regardless of if you don't work the full 40.

Job Duties

• Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits
• Ensure that required documentationis complete and in compliance
• Assist with housekeeping tasks
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client
