• Design fun and effective workouts for all fitness levels.
• Guide proper form to maximize results and prevent injury.
• Support clients in building sustainable, healthy habits.
• Enhance the client experience at every touchpoint.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and team huddles.
• Master the WILCOX Coaching Framework.
