Qualifications

At least one-year experience in related field.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Prior YMCA or personal training experience is a plus.
CPR and First Aid AED certification required before employment.
Responsibilities
Assist members in promoting wellness and healthier habits.
Monitor wellness center for safety and equipment issues.
Provide support, encouragement, and education to members.
Maintain a clean environment on the Wellness floor.
Assist with administrative tasks and records management.
Conduct post-enrollment interviews to understand members’ needs.
