Job Description

The role involves providing efficient, friendly customer service and maintaining a clean, professional, high-quality bar.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Upsell and suggestive sell during order taking.
• Explain specialty drinks clearly and knowledgeably.
• Familiarize yourself with all liquors, beers, food, and specialty drinks.
• Ensure all checks are properly paid for security.
• Address guest dissatisfaction effectively and make beneficial decisions.
• Focus on details and maintain concentration.
• Prioritize, organize, and follow up on tasks.
• Maintain the required uniform as per Omni Centennial Park standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
• Assist in Vues Bar when needed or requested by management.
• Pickup orders and deliver beverages to guests.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Must have TIPS Certification.
