About You
You are an experienced toddler educator who:
- Has a strong professional background working with toddlers (ages 18 months–3 years), ideally with 2 or more years in a structured classroom setting
- Brings formal training in Early Childhood Education or a related field (CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Is passionate about creating a safe, loving, and engaging space where young children can build early skills, develop independence, and form trusting relationships
- Works well as part of a team, communicates clearly, and thrives in a positive, collaborative school culture
What You’ll Do
As a Toddler Teacher at our school, you will:
- Design and deliver playful, age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, physical, and language development
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom where toddlers feel secure and excited to learn
- Partner closely with families and colleagues to ensure strong communication and a shared focus on each child’s well-being
